RYANNE STUART

East Texas born and raised, Ryanne grew up in the small town of Sabine. At a young age, she discovered her love for the arts. From singing and songwriting to playing piano and dance, Ryanne developed a passion for expressing her faith in Christ through performance. Before entering the corporate scene, Ryanne’s previous position as a school fundraiser coordinator and children’s leadership mentor, contributed greatly to the skillset she has today. The role pushed her to utilize public speaking and practicing empathy towards others daily. It also challenged her integrity and discipline to maintain a 100% work ethic even when no one was watching. Today, she uses the skillset she has developed as a driving factor to her success in this business. Ryanne’s end goal and greatest aspiration, is to be able to serve as God’s hands and feet, providing opportunity and blessings to the lives of others while bringing glory to Jesus in everything thing she does.

MATEO PALMITANO

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mateo moved to Dallas, Texas, in 2013. He enjoys going to the gym, playing soccer, and spending time with family. Before joining the business, he gained experience working at various fast-food restaurants and in warehouse operations. What excites him most about this opportunity is the supportive team environment and the potential for growth, both as a leader and financially. This role is helping him work toward his lifelong dream of becoming a successful business owner.

RYAN FECUNDA

Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Ryan developed a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and competition through his lifelong passion for basketball. His athletic background taught him the value of camaraderie, perseverance, and working toward a common goal. With experience in customer service, Ryan discovered a genuine passion for helping others and building meaningful connections. He is driven by opportunities that allow him to learn, grow, and positively impact the people around him. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, spending time in nature, and exploring new foods as a self-proclaimed foodie. What attracted him to this opportunity was the chance to continuously develop both personally and professionally while helping others achieve their own growth and success. He believes that consistent self-improvement and a commitment to serving others are key ingredients for building a fulfilling and successful career.

CHRIS BRUTTON

Chris was born and raised in Fort Worth. He is engaged to his fiancée, Kaylee, and is the proud father of two children, Chandler and Scarlett. Throughout his life, Chris has participated in multiple sports, including football and baseball, helping to develop his competitive spirit and strong work ethic. With a diverse professional background spanning customer service, the restaurant industry, internet and cable installation, and automotive sales, Chris has built a career centered on helping others. His passion for creating meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service continues to drive his success with clients and colleagues alike.

JAELON HAGMAIER

Born in South Korea and raised in Houston, Texas, he brings a diverse professional background and a strong work ethic shaped by experience across multiple industries, including retail, logistics, technology support, and customer service. A former football player, he developed the discipline, teamwork, and perseverance that continue to drive his success today. Passionate about personal growth and continuous learning, he is committed to making a positive impact through collaboration, reliability, and a results-driven mindset.

OMAR SIFUENTES

Omar Sifuentes is originally from Houston, Texas, where he grew up playing football and running track, experiences that helped shape his discipline, teamwork, and competitive mindset. Before entering the business world, Omar worked in children’s Christian ministry, where he developed a passion for serving others, building relationships, and helping people grow. Those experiences continue to influence the way he connects with and supports others today. What drives Omar most is helping people achieve goals they may not have thought possible for themselves. Having received mentorship during his youth that completely changed the trajectory of his life, he is passionate about paying that forward by helping others recognize their potential and create opportunities for a brighter future.
